Substance use (in this episode we are referencing drugs) isn’t some distant issue — it’s often our neighbour, our family member, or our friend. The very first step in helping someone find support is breaking down the walls of stigma. When we reduce judgment and shame, we create space for compassion, understanding, and real solutions.
