Fredrika M Sellers considers herself to be a whole movement. The youngest of four children she was born in Maryland and raised in North Carolina. She graduated from Hibriten High School in 1998 and received her Associates of Arts in Human Services from University of Phoenix in 2016. She is also certified in Mental Health First Aide.
Fredrika is also currently the CEO/Creative Analytical of Genesis Transition, a coaching business based in Prince George’s County, Maryland, an author of fifteen books which can be found on https://www.amazon.com/author/fredrikasellers
Fredrika has over 20 years of customer, client, and student services stemming from the retail, banking, and performing arts industries and most recently she has been contracted as a Case Management Assistant assisting recovering addicts and those who battle with mental illness. She has facilitated numerous workshops on time management, career development, life skills, dance ministry and creative writing.
