Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 28. I will then key in on verses 4 & 5 - Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, But such as keep the law contend with them. Evil men do not understand justice, But those who seek the Lord understand all. Friends, these two verses could apply to the story in today's lesson. The rich man, when on earth, was used to having what he wanted. When he died, he found out that that was not the case. On today's podcast I will begin by reviewing the three points I had introduced on last Thursday's podcast (Episode #844 - If you did not get a chance to tune in to that podcast, I invite you to check it out). I will then begin a passage of scripture entitled "The Rich man and Lazarus." It is found in Chapter 16 of the Gospel, according to Luke. We will go over verses 19-26 today. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:1. The dead will know their fate immediately.2. The rich man desired relief from his suffering.3.
