Before I became a mom I was naive and believed that by 6 months I’d “snap back,” but truth is, that is not how it worked for me and that is okay. My postpartum fitness journey has given me a new perspective and confidence. It feels amazing to see and feel how my body created a life, gave birth, healed and is now working on getting stronger than before. I am so thankful to my body because not only did my body do everything I mentioned earlier, but it also nourishes my baby girl. NOW THAT IS FUCKIN EMPOWERING!!
