In Episode 87 we discuss the idea that each of us has a team of beings supporting us from the non-physical realms and how we can learn to meet and communicate with them to receive messages of guidance and support. I talk about my personal experience with my own Support Team and share a recent client encounter that reiterated the power of this loving support we all have access to. This meditation guides you into your energetic sanctuary where you have the opportunity to invite your Spiritual Support Team in for a "meet and greet," to ask how to open to and/or deepen your relationship with them, and to receive any messages they may have for you in this moment.
