In Episode 135 we discuss the importance of clarity, harmony and expansion not only as tools to help us achieve "healing," but as the three aspects of connecting with our Divine nature and stepping into service for the highest good. I give a little bit of background about why I don't like the word healing and how the Catholic idea of the Holy Trinity inspired this episode. This meditation is an invitation to call clarity, harmony and expansion into our mind, body and energetic fields.
