Guest Bio:Graduate student at Capella University. Pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work. Erika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. After graduation, started working as a case manager in the field of Human Services in New York City with the mission to end the cycle of homelessness.
