WHL This Week - Radio Edition puts a wrap on the WHL season for another year.  We will head back to Edmonton for the Oil Kings on-ice celebration following a game six victory over Seattle to claim the Ed Chynoweth Cup.  Hear from the players and coaches following a 2-0 Edmonton win to send them to the 2022 Memorial Cup presented by KiA.Edmonton Oil Kings General Manager Kirt Hill will join us to discuss the year and give us a preview of the Memorial Cup.  Hill made several key acquisitions over the course of the season to turn the hockey club into a championship one.  We will talk about the moves he made along the way. Finally, the 2022 NHL Entry Draft is set for Montreal next month.  Winnipeg ICE F Matthew Savoie is the highest rated WHL skater according to NHL Central Scouting at #4. He's fresh off the NHL Combine in Buffalo and will join us to preview the NHL Draft.
