Penderyn broke the 110 year drought of Whisky production in Wales in 2004 when they released their first Whisky. This time I review their Celt offering, which is part of their cooly-themed Dragon Range of Whiskies. Their still design is considered to be unique and designed by a relative of Michael Faraday.
