His restoration franchise consistently does 7-figure yearly revenues. For 2021, Neal transacted over 25 million dollars in real estate, completed multiple re-assignment deals, acquired 40 units (18 personally, 22 through JV partnership), made 5-figure investments in Crypto and began the podcast.Chandler first began purchasing for himself, later switching careers into professional sales in order to likewise help clients invest. He is now a repeat award winner for Atlantic Canada, the top producing agent in the most productive brokerage in the city, and transacted over $50m in real estate in 2022. Chandler’s real estate investment company owns and operates over 60 units, with a current focus on new development.
