The Woman who rides the Beast, the Harlot of religious apostasy has a global ministry amongst all “peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues.” God uses evil to judge evil. The 10 Horns and the Beast will in the future hate the harlot and cause her to become desolate and naked. They will eat her flesh and burn her up with fire. Desolate will be her eternal state of existence. This is God’s plan for he puts it in their hearts to execute this plan.
Until then, this woman is the “great city” that now reigns
over the Kings of the Earth. Her city is where Jesus was crucified. It is the city of religious apostasy. The Kings of the Earth are spiritual beings in control of the territories of the earth and they have submitted to her ways and participated in her abominations.
