Stefan has some more US beers to share this episode. More importantly, it's from the corner of the US he is from. Texas based Martin House Brewing has been leading the way on gose variants. From pickle beers to michelada sour beers, they are going to extremes. Salty Lady is the base gose, which is an easy drinking gose. They added chamoy, a salty, sweet, bitter, sour flavor combo, to the beer. The results are something wild. Ozark Brewing Co returns to the show with their annual release of BDCS 2023.
