Our "What’s a Woolpert?" podcast for July provides a platform for a handful of our summer interns across industries to share what they expected of their intern experience, how it really went, and how their experience with Woolpert has helped shaped their career paths. 
 
“Early on, I was given some advice from one of the leadership here and basically they told me if you’re working for somebody and you couldn’t see yourself being that boss, then you’re not at the right place,” Architectural Design Intern Christopher Garcia said. “And something I can happily say is that I can see myself being that type of boss. The people here and the leadership here are not only exceptional, but they really care about the culture and do their best to make sure it grows.”
