Arnie and Scott welcome back new Missoula City Councilman Dan Carlino. Carlino represents Ward 3, which encompasses both the University of Montana, and the slant street neighborhood of town. On this new program, Arnie and Scott cover a wide range of topics with Carlino including Inflation, the housing shortage in Missoula and what the city is doing to work with developers on these challenges – including code reform and zoning. We also talk about Mayor John Engen and his ongoing battle with cancer, as well as the recent floods in Montana and Climate change.
