Seasons or quarters allow a good self check in time to see how things are going and any habits you may want to add in/take out. Food for thought → Maybe start to re-evaluate your goals quarterly instead of yearly - Thinking of things you’d like to add in or take out as you go with the flow of the season a bit more!
