Talking today ALL things about my journey with breastfeeding. A disclaimer to start, I do talk heavily about how my drastic over supply was my challenge. While I think my story is important to tell, I want you to protect your heart first. Switching to exclusively pumping early on. I chat about how challenging a severe oversupply was to manage logistically, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
