What a fun one today! I got to catch up with my pal, Todd. Todd is a fellow fitness teacher who recently made the move to open his own studio, The Den. Todd has such an amazing mindset around fitness and how he approaches his programming and community within The Den. He walks us through how he got started with fitness and what is important to him with what he has built.This is a great conversation to listen to for anyone who has done fitness forever or is just getting started. Todd is doing the work to break the barriers of what fitness is, how we should view it, and making it inclusive and fun.
