With the help of some of the best session guitarists in country music, Casey Ahern has successfully orchestrated a song filled with love on “The Cows Came Home”. Co-written with another Nashville-based songwriter named Caitlyn Dykes, the two converged to create an imagery-filled masterpiece that’s bursting with sincerity and originality. From the opening notes on, you immediately get immersed into this utterly relatable story revolving around “the best things happening when we least expect them”.
