OK so... this episode is going to be a lot heavier and way more transparent than our previous ones. Yet as hard as it was to do, we knew it was important to share our story in hopes to bring about some light and encouragement into your life and relationships. 
 
We are going to talk about "the break" we took in our relationship over the summer. Yes, we actually separated for a few months. To say it wasn’t easy is an understatement and it forced us to resurface a lot of past issues that we had never fully resolved and ignored for so many years. We needed to address them… we needed to make some changes once and for all... and that we did!
 
So, get ready as we not only talk about our separation but also Mika's decision to join Christina in the alcohol free lifestyle. We will discuss how alcohol affected us in the past, its affects on Mika, and how giving it up has already made a seriously positive impact within our personal lives, spirits, health and relationship.
 
This story is about hope, faith renewed and an unwavering fight to protect a love unconditional… no matter what it takes. It's never easy, but it's so worth it.
