In this episode, I got the chance to sit down with Lindsay Demers and Jaren Jeffcoat to discuss our Sober October journey.  I met both Lindsay and Jaren during my time at Norwich University.  Lindsay graduated from Norwich with a degree in Communications and she also spent a chunk of her time at Norwich writing for the school newspaper, The Guidon.  Jaren graduated with two degrees, one in English and another in Communications.  He was also a member of the men's basketball team, a 1,000+ point scorer, and team captain.  In our conversation, we discuss the trials and tribulations that we faced, lessons that we learned, and lessons that we hope others can also learn to ignite change within themselves.  If you are a person that is feeling a need to be inspired by everyday people, look no further than this podcast!
