Did you know that most people set wrong goals?  Yep, it's true! Last week we started this discussion with "What do you want your life to look like?" and learned about a great tool called the Wheel of Life, to help us become aware of where we are at with our goals and habits in the different areas of our life so we can then ask ourselves, "Where would I like to be?  How would I like my life to look like when my goal is achieved?" In this episode we dive deeper into Goals.  Most people set "Should Goals" like " I should lose 10 lbs. I should be more organized." and the list could go on and on.  These types of goals are motivated by guilt and focus on changing a behavior, but this often doesn't produce REAL growth.  Goals that bring about inner growth and transformation are the goals we want to focus on.
