Hello fellow calisthenics lovers and content creators of our amazing #HIVE and #SWC community, I'm @vroxsser-black here I present to you my participatory video of our first SWC challenge.
La Rutina que llevo este primer reto de la comunidad SWC consto de los siguientes ejercicios:
*1 Muscle Up,
*15 Bar Dips,
*10 Pull Ups,
*15 seg en Dominadas isométricos mentón arriba.
*15 Seg en Dominadas isométricos tocando la cabeza por debajo de la barra fija
*finalmente 15 Seg en Dominadas isométricos con los brazos totalmente extendidos.
The Routine I led this first SWC community challenge consisted of the following exercises:
*1 Muscle Up,
*15 Bar Dips,
*10 Pull Ups,
*15 sec isometric chin up pull ups.
*15 sec isometric pull-ups with the head touching under the fixed bar.
*Finally 15 sec isometric pull-ups with arms fully extended.
Bueno esto fue todo mi gente, quiero agradecer a nuestra comunidad por esta increíble idea, siendo un gran incentivo que no hará tener competitividad sana y sobretodo dar notar nuestra fuerza, que día a día hemos trabajo para superarla cada vez más fuera de nuestros límites.
Well this was all my people, I want to thank our community for this incredible idea, being a great incentive that will make us have healthy competition and above all to show our strength, that day by day we have worked to overcome it more and more beyond our limits.
