Episode Synopsis
Picture systems thinking inside an Italian B Corp pharmaceutical company. Imagine te ao Māori (the Māori worldview) shaping businesses in Aotearoa New Zealand. Claire and Matt are joined by special guests Massimo Mercati (CEO at Aboca Italy) and Qiulae Wong (Aotearoa New Zealand Manager at B Lab AANZ) as we learn how organisational design and governance can influence a team’s capacity for impact.
