An interview with Franz Hoerhager, Wharton alumnus, co-founder of the home equity diversification platform Bambus, active in Germany and Austria.  Bambus is a recent graduate of the F10 Accelerator Program in Zurich. Bambus wants to bring professional investing to homeowners. They provide homeowners with a platform that allows them to take out a loan secured by their real estate and invest the amount in other asset classes.
