Choking prevention in animals. Always be watchful of what you have around your house. If you have pets. Also, make sure you soak your alfalfa cubes in enough water so that the alfalfa cubes are falling apart before you feed them to your horses. This is so important if the alfalfa cubes are still hard when you give them to the horse, they could choke.
