Arun (a) Alex P.E born and raised up in Chennai, India .Studied mechanical engineering, and work for a watch company for five years as a product designer.Came to Hong Kong for work in 1997  and worked in the same company for 20 years. Quit my job as a chief operation officer of the company. I’m a vegetarian since my birthday and that’s how I got to know Woodlands when I came to Hong Kong. Started editing in the restaurant every meal for many years and eventually became the owner of the restaurant in the year 2018. I am the first generation businessman in my family and a full-time businessman since 2017 after I quit my job.Following my passion, I started building the food and beverage business and in five years we have five restaurants almost every year a restaurant. The reason addition being the one in Macau the first Indian vegetarian restaurant of Macau.My vision is to make Woodlands a popular brand in this region of the world and my mission is to educate the locals about the Indian food. Indian culture. Also the Indian vegetarian food.
