In episode one of ‘Going Through the Motions’, Aine Osbourne discusses modern dancer and choreographer Martha Graham and contemporary artist Jenny Saville. She shares some research on Graham’s famous contraction and release, and discuss Saville’s interesting themes and style. The two are important artists and they both pushed boundaries and have created really interesting work. Aine discusses the two artists separately and also some of the key similarities between the pair in this episode.
