Written Warnings:

Preparation: Collect relevant information and
understand its impact on the business.
Drafting: Partner with HR to ensure clarity
and consistency. Define what happened, its impact, required changes, and clear consequences for non-compliance.
Delivery: Conduct the conversation in a
private, safe space. Discuss the warning thoroughly, document the conversation, and obtain the team member's signature within 24 hours.
Documentation: Submit the signed warning to HR for
documentation, regardless of whether a signature is obtained.
