He then jumps into an interview with Ray McKee and Jeff Andrews of Trothe wines in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA of Washington state. The Horse Heaven Hills are a long range of high, rolling hills in Klickitat, Yakima, and Benton counties in Washington.  The Andrews have been farming land in this region for 4 generations, and they are developing an incredible brand in Trothe that is intent on finding a place at the table with the top wines in the world. They're well on their way! The conversation touches on what makes Washington State (and specifically the Horse Heaven Hills) unique for growing and wine-making, the philosophy and intent behind developing a high-end wine brand, biodynamic farming practices and focus on sustainability, as well as Trothe's adoption of cryptocurrency and plans to use NFTs to prove ownership in secondary markets.
