The 20/20/20 Formula is a morning routine popularized by Robin Sharma in his book The 5 AM Club, aimed at maximizing productivity, energy, and mental clarity. The formula divides the first hour of the day (from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM, also called the "Victory Hour") into three 20-minute segments:First 20 minutes - Move: Begin with intense physical exercise to stimulate the body, increase heart rate, and boost metabolism. Movement releases endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin, energizing you and helping combat stress.Second 20 minutes - Reflect: Dedicate time to quiet reflection, which may include journaling, meditation, deep breathing exercises, or reviewing goals. This stage helps to cultivate inner peace, mental clarity, and a sense of purpose for the day.Third 20 minutes - Grow: Use this final segment for personal growth, such as reading a book, listening to a podcast, or studying something new. This boosts brainpower, improves self-confidence, and builds valuable skills over time.
