As things intensify, we focus on centering the mind and body. Use your self-care toolkits to assist the planets this week.
The planets continue to engage in a series of stressful aspects. We will surely feel it in our personal lives and within our minds and bodies. We have been exposed to surprising information over the past few weeks, it’s time to reflect.
You will feel the pull of two poles and be drawn to find balance between them. If you find yourself feeling exhausted or called to rest, allow yourself the time you need. Pushing forward is what we are culturally conditioned to do, but this week the planets are calling us to gently nurture ourselves.
As confusions in communications abound, we might be tempted to take ego based defense where none is needed. Patiently practice techniques to alleviate miscommunications.
