It is important to have healthy boundaries, and view one another as children of God made in His image.    Speak to women with kindness like Jesus and value them and their personalities.  Vantage Point Challenge:  Take time to reflect on how you view women and men. Also, take some time to build friendships with the opposite gender in a God-honoring way.
