Oil Slick is the first single from the debut album by Duoya. The Swedish duo is formed by Gustav Horneij and Dimitrios Karatzios, known notably for Organic Pulse Ensemble. Their first full length album is dropping early October and is called "International FM" and will be full of Funky, Jazzy and lovely tunes!
Oil Slick is a perfect introduction to the project. Laid back and chill the song is taking you on a stroll in the Islands. All recorded live on multitrack with a mix of vintage and modern equipment the music feels like from a different time. While keeping it pretty contemporary on the arrangements, Duoya has no time boundaries and the song's atmosphere will quickly win you over and give you a breath of fresh air.
