J'reyesha (Jay) Brannon is a renaissance woman of many talents and even more hats. Engineer by day and philanthropist by night, Jay fights injustice - in its many forms, across multiple environments. She has had an illustrious career as an engineer and project manager, while also actively funding and supporting the next generation of engineers through sponsoring her own scholarship. A true advocate for equity, justice, and meaningful civic involvement, today Jay talks about her life experiences, academic track, recent professional roles, and future aspirations.
