It is the destination podcast for female listeners seeking to build their self-esteem for maximized leadership skills and enhanced performance at work and in life. This podcast will encourage women on how to be assertive by effectively utilizing their voice to speak up, speak out, and make themselves heard.
The host, Lisette Zounon is dedicated to creating a podcast that serves to equip, empower, elevate, and enhance confidence in women all over the world. Through this podcast, she aims to inspire and lift the spirits of women so that they can leverage their confidence as the key ingredient to reaching their God-given full potential. As a black woman, wife, mother, entrepreneur, and a female engineer in the male-dominated tech industry, Lisette has learned to use her voice to not only encourage women to pursue an education in STEM but also to instill leadership skills in them. Moreover, she uses her power as a distinguished speaker to actively educate and spread awareness about breast cancer. She understands the importance of speaking up, speaking out, and using her voice to shake the system, even if her own voice does the same sometimes.
Lisette recognizes the struggles that fellow women face on a daily basis whether it be in their workplace, at home, or because of the pressures of society.  She is no stranger to the pressures and stress that women everywhere face to exceed society’s expectations. She understands that these situations can slowly chip away at our confidence, negatively impacting the way we work, communicate, and feel about ourselves. Confidence is a muscle that needs to be exercised every day and in every situation. However this is easier said than done, that is why this podcast will effectively unpack and coach its female audience on beginning their journey to #upYourConfidence.
