I wanted to share with you the 3 biggest reasons I see most entrepreneurs fail within their first year, especially Mom's. 

Here's the thing when I say Fail, I mean give up, quit! I don't mean the fail-forward method I teach. Because you know that failing and learning are part of the process. 

Reason number 1-  You take on too much at one time. YES, I know you want to do everything and be everywhere but you can't. 
Reason number 2- Your WHY is not strong enough. You might fight me on this one but if you have a deep routed reason you wouldn't give up. 
Reason number 3- You don't have a plan on how to execute your ideas. If you don't have a plan you're planning to fail and I don't want that to happen to you. 

And Bonus, You haven't changed the way you're thinking about time. Time is one of those things that if you don't use it correctly you missed out.
