Atlanta choreographer Tara Lee created The Vertical for Terminus Modern Ballet Theatre in spring 2018. She says her interest in the aging process compelled her to create the work, which explores life in all of its stages. Lee takes us behind the scenes of The Vertical, including how she came to incorporate an "adult sandbox."
