Episode Synopsis
Fascinated by the patterns and politics of crowds, Sarah Friedland choreographed and directed CROWDS, a three-channel video installation. Friedland presented CROWDS as an in-person experience in 2019 at La MaMa Galleria as part of Performa19 and the Ann Arbor Film Festival. Then in 2021, she presented it digitally at the University of Rochester and American Dance Festival.Sydney Burrows reported this episode. UnSequenced is produced and hosted by Stephanie Wolf.
