Welcome to Unhooked with Mia and Allison where we’ll unhook our bras, take a deep cleansing breath, and dive into the topic of transformation. Join us as we explore what it means to expand past the edges of our comfort zones so we can generate more of what we want in our lives. In this episode, we continue our exploration of what makes teams preferable and how can we create a team atmosphere. After a brief check in with each other, we quickly jump into why create teams at all. We found that while being on a team allows us to connect, be part of something bigger, feel belonging, accomplish big things, what we really desire is open and honest communications.
