Phylicia is an incredibly friendly and well-spoken person with a radiant contagious smile, someone everybody would like be able to call a friend. She is one of the few athletes that competed in both the Summer Olympics (in the 100m Hurdles) and the Winter Olympics (in bobsleigh).
