I am a wife -  a mother of three adult kids - and a passionate advocate for sustainable recovery from any and all mental health issues or disorders.

I have fought and overcome mental health concerns my whole life.

Today, as a qualified professional therapist and Life coach, my objective is to assist as many as I  am able to, with their journey recovery.

GEN Z kids (generally accepted as kids born in the first decade of the 21st century) have grown up and developed in the smartphone revolution. This has floored most adults born before Y2K...They need our help.
