Notes : the carillon rings every noon and is made up of 24 bells, visible on the façade of one of the buildings. Occasionally, the playing speed is altered, more often slowed down. However, there is no apparent fault with the mechanism. Open to the public.

Difference from the original plans : a lift shaft leading from the street level, outside, to level -2, converted into a warehouse. The interior of the lift car is entirely covered in two-way mirrors.

Phenomena detected : Visual alterations (play of light and darkness regardless of the weather), reversed radio signals (LF band).
