They can be incredibly delicious, and they’re one of the things people come to Charleston to eat, but they also have some natural superpowers — superpowers that are particularly relevant for a place like Charleston that’s constantly contending with sea level rise and flooding.Today, we’re going to be talking about oysters’ superpowers, with help from the co-founder of a Lowcountry oyster farm.
