If you don't have a great examination it's tough to know if someone who isn't getting symptomatic results just needs more care or they need a different approach. It's tough to know when to change someone's frequency of care. It's tough to really practice in a model that is about function, not pain.
When you do the right tests (and do them right!) it helps the client get the best care, helps your clinical certainty, AND, can help communicate the value of prevention and performance.
