This week on Uncorked with Funny Wine Girl we're sprouting more great conversation on the topic of growth with my guest Donna Nelson, Holistic Empowerment Coach.  At times I felt like Donna was a sister from another mister because we connected on some similar ideas and experiences about learning who we are and growing away from values that were not our own but created a sense of duty from familial or societal expectations. 
Donna offers us some great tips on where to begin if we're feeling overwhelmed and stressed out (and who isn't), beginning with finding clarity in our lives. How can we grow if the vision we have of ourselves is muddy? Or if we blame our lack of progress or growth on all of the external influences?
