If you were born in the 80's or early 90's, do you remember writing notes back and forth to your friends in school??  I feel like that was my first experience with journaling.  Except I was giving it to a trusted friend.  If something was on my mind or I was upset, I wrote a note.  If I was excited about something, I wrote a note.  If I needed to explain myself, I wrote a note.  Anyone else??
Well, in a sense, that's what journaling is.  It can be very therapeutic.  It can help you release trauma, set goals, reflect on how far you've come.  So take a listen and then start writing!
