Have you ever heard the phrase, you are what you eat?  Well, when I eat junk, I feel like junk.  And when I eat great, I feel great! Foods can either fuel you or drain you.  And not just physically!  More and more research is coming out that indicates your diet may influence your mood. In recent years, evidence shows that food can contribute to the development, prevention, and management of mental health conditions, including depression and anxiety disorders.  
Loving your body and fueling it properly is a form of self-love.  You only get one body...so love on it and take care of it!
