Episode Synopsis
You can ASSIGN responsibility for a fault. Or you can TAKE the responsibility for the fault. When you Blame and criticize others. YOU are avoiding some truth about yourself. If you keep blaming something or someone else for your problems, you will never learn why problems come your way.I have totally played the Blame Game! Placing blame has gotten my NOWHERE beside STUCK! Taking ownership for my situation and making the choice to change has ultimately improved my life. You can place blame on your husband, wife, parents, in-laws, co-workers, kids and family all day long , day after day but that will never improve the situation you are in. The only person that will, is looking at you in the mirror and have them take responsibility for their health, their finances, their happiness, their weight, their overall well-being! And until they do, YOU will be stuck.People spend way too much time finding other people to blame, too much energy finding excuses for not being what they are capable of being, and not enough energy putting themselves on the line, growing out of the past, and getting on with their lives. Never blame anyone in your life. The Good people give you HAPPINESS.The Bad people give you a EXPERIENCE.The Worst people give you a LESSON.The Best people give you MEMORIES. IN THIS EPISODE WE TALK ABOUT:~Taking ownership for your situation.~Blaming other for you problems does not change the problem.~The person in the mirror is the one that has to make the choice to change.CONNECT WITH ME:http://facebook.com/erin.wrightrenningerhttp;//www.instagram.com/erin.renninger
