Beth Tyson, MA, is a childhood trauma consultant, 3x best-selling author, and an advocate for children in the child welfare system. She founded Beth Tyson Trauma Consulting in 2019 based on her experience as a childhood trauma therapist. Beth provides trauma-responsive training and guidance to organizations that work with children and youth. She is currently consulting on a trauma-informed animated series for teens and young adults aging out of the foster care system. Beth's children's book, A Grandfamily for Sullivan, is a therapeutic resource for kinship families and is available on Amazon. Most importantly, Beth is the mom of a spirited little girl with a secret stash of chocolate in her room, just like her mama.
