The UKSCA is the Professional Body for Strength and Conditioning in the UK and we believe in giving people the opportunity to become healthier through physical activity.

Whilst the UKSCA’s roots and future are firmly set within the world of elite sport, we have an opportunity to take our knowledge and expertise and broaden our reach outside of this marketplace. Everyone in the population can benefit from the language of Strength and Conditioning and we have a responsibility to share this message with clarity and integrity.
Strength and Conditioning practice shall no longer be confined to just the sports stadium or university lecture hall, everyone shall have the opportunity to be healthier through physical activity and the UKSCA shall champion this initiative.
